Seized Injector Removal – Many new Common Rail Diesel engines are prone to the injectors becoming seized in the cylinder head, and this is becoming an increasingly common and potentially very expensive problem to rectify if taken to your local dealership. Our trained, qualified and fully experienced technicians are equipped with the best and largest range of the latest Hydraulic Extraction tools; including the leading Pichler hydraulic injector puller tool with pulling capabilities up to 35 ton, meaning that our injector removal success rate is near perfect.

We can remove the majority of injectors and have all of the necessary tooling to provide a cost effective repair, with the latest kits for the PSA HDI, Multijet, CDTI and Renault DCI engines. We are even able to remove injectors that have been damaged; for instance if the threads have been damaged or broken off, even if the injector has snapped leaving parts stuck in the cylinder head.

Why do injectors become seized in the first place?

The injectors become seized into the cylinder head due to corrosion, seat leakage, carbon build up water ingress etc and can be very problematic when they require replacing.
