Ford Transit | Timing
Checking the timing on Ford Transit as timing pin would not fit correctly. Soon found out it had jumped two teeth on the crank, new chain kit was fitted and runs a lot smother now.
Ford Transit Custom | Brakes
This Ford Transit Custom obviously needed its bakes seeing to earlier! Good job we did a health check for this customer with slight brake judder. Soon back on the road
Broken Glow Plug | Specialist Kit
This cylinder head was delivered to us with a broken glow plug and a hammered in torx piece… many hours later the glow plug was removed with our speciality kit and our garage was able to refit the cylinder head for the customer.
Power run | BHP
Customer booked in for power run as he wanted to know what BHP he was pushing. 423 BHP later, nice figures
Quick Remap | 130 to 180 bhp
Quick bench re-map up from 130 bhp to 180 bhp on our dyno. The customer travelled a long way and wasn’t disappointed.

James Bond comes to mind with this Aston Martin DB5 classic that came in for a tune up and a check over. Great to be given the chance to work on something very different.
Eco Boost Problem | Repairs
Eco boost problem- the customer had his car remapped by third party so we had to reflash the engine ECU with new Ford software and solve the divert valve problem. I think we can see here the problem why it was throwing up map sensor fault codes constantly, new one ordered and all the fault…
