Took my Ford S-Max to PK motorsport (the tuning side of PK automotive solutions.)
The whole team who helped to get my car up and running through the dyno were fantastic start to finish! kept me up to date with the problems that arose, sorted them as swiftly as able and had me back on the road with the biggest of grins! all whilst being extremely fair with the costs too!

Fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and done willingly with a smile. Really nice guys to deal with. As for the car; a remap of my ix35 at a sensible price with a member of staff taking me out for a test-drive afterwards to make sure I was happy with it. It was fine so I dropped him off and went for a spin – that’s when the fun started…….still smiling now!

Wow wow wow firstly fantastic customer service I took my 1.2 diesel Fabia estate here for re mapping he did me a fuel economy and torque remap all can say is wow the fuel economy is through the roof I just did 40 miles on a bit of a run and used 15 miles worth of fuel according to the car. Now the torque is fantastic it has turned my sluggish 1.2 diesel estate into a little pocket rocket it pulls like a 1.6 now bloody fantastic thankyou so much
Great customer service and I am impressed with the technician who has been able to get to the root of the problem with my ST. Ford told me I just needed to live with the knock. Thanks Gary that knock was driving me crazy ??

Went to see Paul the other day about a problem I had ‘egr valve’ he sorted it straight away even tho I had my remap done last year he was more than happy to help me – the aftercare was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone on my BMW 1 series forum – top bloke
As a regular customer I took the car in for a weird engine stumbling issue. No dashboard warning lights and no errors on the diagnostic. Was treated very considerately the first time as they could not duplicate the fault.
Problem got worse so I took it back, again no errors or warning lights. The guys persevered, the technicians were really friendly, I got loaned a car and after some head scratching investigation they sorted it right out.
They just need a bigger car park as they are no longer a well kept secret…………
